PCG Deploys its Air Assets to Respond Typhoon Affected Areas

The Coast Guard Aviation Force (CGAF) deploys BN Islander plane with tail number PCG-251 to conduct aerial surveillance in Marikina, Rizal, and CaMaNaVa area this afternoon, 12 November 2020.

Said initiative is intended to aid the ongoing rescue operations and determine the extent of flooding in the affected areas of Typhoon Ulysses.

Moreover, airbus light twin engine helicopters with tail numbers, CGH-1451 and CGH-1452 will also be deployed to conduct aerial rescue operation.
