Philippine Navy Deployed its Disaster Response and Recovery Team

This is coming from  Philippine Navy official web page. The Philippine Navy (PN) operating units Fleet Marine Ready Force (FMRF), Naval Forces Northern Luzon (NFNL), and Naval Forces Southern Luzon (NFSL), having alerted and deployed their respective disaster response and recovery teams as potential Super Typhoon Rolly moves closer to the eastern part of the country. 

Naval Forces Southern Luzon (NFSL) deployed a disaster response and recovery team (DRRT) in Pili, Camarines Sur, while another team is on standby in its headquarters in Rawis, Legazpi City for possible deployment. The Naval Forces Southern Luzon (NFSL) also directed its units to prepare for the onslaught of this typhoon which is poised to make landfall in the Bicol region.

Meanwhile, Naval Forces Northern Luzon (NFNL) in La Union also activated two DRRTs for Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) deployment.

Also the Fleet Marine Ready Force through the Naval Task Group-National Capital Region (NTG-NCR) has ensured the preparedness of Fleet-Marine Team composed of around 200 personnel that are going to be deployed in the nation's capital which according to PAGASA forecast will also be affected by this typhoon.
